what is the difference between vmkernel and hypervisor?
vmkernel is the core of hyperisor?
is this the reason why vmkernel control the vmotion,iscsi,nfs and management acces?

Whatever the tasks ESXI host is doing to run and manage the virtual machines running on it is called host managemen. when you install esxi hypervisor you configure storage, network, compute settings etc.. so that your virtual mahine can fulfill are their requirement. That’s what host management....
