Hi

In vsphere virtual machine administration document quotation : the default administration password is not preserved for windows server 2008

after customization" but i want to know in all of os password will not preserve and during create custom guest operation system will be insert new

password

now what does that means ?

The default administrator password is not preserved for Windows Server 2008 after customization. During customization, the Windows Sysprep utility deletes and recreates the administrator account on Windows Server 2008. You must reset the administrator password when the virtual machine boots the first time after customization.

Ok, in simpler terms then: The original administrator password will be deleted. You will be asked to setup a new one.
