best way to copy vmdk file between two esxi with no shared storage

What is the best way or faster way or is it possible to copy virtual machine files between two esxi hosts with no shared storage?

Please advise!

You can export vm and after import to other host

You can use WinSCP to download the virtual machine files and upload them with WinSCP to the other ESXi host.

"Best way" is with vCenter.

vCenter does not contain any storage at all.

All datastores remain on the host(s).
