after deleting a host in vcenter 6.0 unable to re-create new host in vcenter 6.0

HI,

recently I add more RAM blade server to active host in vcenter 6.0. after successfully mounted RAM physically In the vcenter 6.0 we see changes  as well in the esxi host (RAM increased) however in the vcenter the host associated the changes is not affected. so we end up delete the host in the vcenter and were tried to create new host but unfortunately unable to create new host. Please Can anyone help  me.

Hello.
Reboot Vcenter Server 6.0, run a ping from the vcenter server to the ESXi host IP. Retry adding the ESXi host to the vCenter Server.
What levels (build) do you have on vcenter server and ESXi host ?
