Windows guest dirty shutdown

We have vpshere 7.01 with a few windows 2019 guests virtual machine .

We noticed that even if shutdown or reboot them properly they all show the "dirty shutdown" message upon subsequent login

Has anyone had the same issue ?

thanks

These keys?

\HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Reliability

.\DirtyShutdown

.\DirtyShutdownTime

Hi @sc_21111

Have you checked out event viewer?

Hello

As I mentioned the popup comes out every time we reboot the server even if correctly

however I’ve solved the issue by clearing a registry key on the server itself

thanks
