Windows 2012 VM's CPU utilization showing 100%

all the Windows 2012 servers are consuming 100% utilization, where unable to find the root cause and in the task manager, its showing Service DCOM: consuming 40 to 50% and local showing around 20 to 30%.

Please help me with your suggestions asap.

Why do you think this is a vSphere or related issue?

Yes, I don't think its an issue., with vSphere but just want know any investigations we need to do. Might some of the KB installed on windows server causing the issues.

the applications installed on the servers might causing the issues and thank you for the inpurs, all the way.

Since this isn't a vSphere issue, it would be better served on a Microsoft forum of some sort.
