Where can I get the Enhanced Authentication plug-in

I have VCSA 6.5 U1e installed.

I don't have internet access and when I installed VCSA, i can not get the plugins.

Where can I get the Enhanced Authentication plug-in for 6.5?

i tried

http://vsphereclient.vmware.com/vsphereclient/vmware-enhancedauthenticationplugin-6.5.0.exe

and get back an error
