When exporting an OVF an ISO file is created?

Hi All,

Im trying to export an OVF from a Windows 2016 server to send out to one of our other data centers. Never having to do this before the process seems to be pretty simple since Im not a stranger to vCenter.

But before we send it out we naturally want to test it by adding it to the local library in our local vCenter 6.5. But when I go to add it to the library its asking for an ISO file. Cant find it anywhere. As you can see from one of the captures its a very simple export so I dont understand is where this ISO file that apparently is created is or what its purpose is. None of the documentation I can find make any sort of reference to this. What am I doing wrong?Export Selection.PNGFile List.PNG
