Web client peculiar login screen

I just wonder, if anyone has seen the screen below? It appeared out of the blue and now is persistent upon reloads and in different browsers (FF, IE)

You probably right clicked and selected 'view source' which shows html codes

It seems there's a misunderstanding... the login page on the Web client shows a scrolled field with ssh in it. This is something I see for the first time. The HTML code is from the FF inspector, after the page has been loaded.
