WSFC configuration

Hi All,

Unable to share the RDM's b/w 2 VM's, planning to configure WSFC on top of it. Getting the below error while sharing the disks.

Incompatible device backing specified for device '0'

Please suggest me for any fixes, contact VMware Support they are saying, vCenter versioin& Vsphere Version must be same.

We are running vCenter Verion 7.x & vSphere (Esxi) 6.5u3.
