I need an official document that provide comparison differences between VMware vSphere 6.5 or 6.7 and Microsoft Hyper-v 2016 or 2019

An official document made by VMware or by Microsoft that exposes the differences is a bit difficult for you to find it. Maybe it's easier to find a third-party document that shows the comparison between the two products. You can download the gartner magic quadrant 2019 which also explains the differences.
