Vsphere 6.5 error in GUI Web

Hello,

we are facing the below errors while working our vcenter 6.5 appliance:

1- The query execution timed out because of a back-end data adapter 'com.vmware.data.dsexporter.DsExporter' which took more than 120 seconds.

This is common if the web client cannot retrieve data from vROps in a timely manner. Do you have vROps registered to this vCenter?

yes we have VROPS registered with this vcenter.

Unregister the vROps extension.
