Virtual Machines not responding to RDP Connection or Console Ctrl, Alt + Delete

Hi All,

Trying to debug what could cause virtual machines to after a while stop responding to RDP Connections or if i Console into that virtual machine not responding to Ctrl, Alt + Delete command, in the end I am forced to reboot the machine.

Running vSphere 6.0

Hello!

You should start with vmkernel.log of ESXi host where VM was running and check for any storage related issues. As well check vmware.log of that VM.
