Virtual Machine not working

We have VMWARE ESXI 7.0 update 2 with 5 Virtual machines, and some times any of the Virtual Machines is don´t working, we can´t acces and we can´t stop the virtual machine, we have to STOP the host to made all virtual machines working fine. There are anything to force stop the virtual machine without stop the host?

Thanks and sorry for my english.

Ciao

You can try the commands indicated in this KB:

Unable to Power off a Virtual Machine in an ESXi host (1014165) (vmware.com)

But we should understand why the VM crashes. Once the VM has been restarted you have errors at the OS level (For example if it is an indows system there are errors in the event viewer) or check if there are errors in the log files of the VM at the ESXi level
