VSphere iSCSI preferred path

Hi,

our ESX 6.0 node has 2 NIC ( 1x 10GbE  - 1x 1G )

We map the iSCSI Luns using 10GbE and 1G and everything is working fine an I can view my lun with both of IP address.

Set Multipath to "Fixed" to use 10GbE as preferred way.

When I try to set my preferred path to 10GbE nothing changes, ESXi keep on to set 1GbE as preferred

I try to set-up using ESX Ui and vCenter but nothing changes.

Where I get wrong?

Thanks a lot

Could you share a screen shot of your network configuration where you have these both 10 and 1 GB cards.

Actually I have to disable the 1G path in order to go in production.

If I anable the 1G path, automatically vmware goes to Active in 1G.

1G: vmhba35

10G : vmhba32
