Hello everyone,
We are experiencing an issue where our server will get stuck and crash. All VM's are inaccessible and down. When I plug a monitor and keyboard into the server to use the host it is frozen and unresponsive as well. The only way to get the server back up is to power cycle the machine using the Power button.
We have looked at the logs but have not identified any unusual errors and the timestamps never seem to stop and reflect our actual down time.
We could really use some help with this as this server runs everything for our company so when this happens everything goes down.
If anymore information is needed I will gladly pull it and share.
