You might want to do a memory test.

When it's decompressing those binaries into RAM, if you see CRC errors because of hardware faults, it will sometimes produce messages like that.

It must be related to the checksum, correctness, and integrity of installation files (or even has files) on your setup source. Run it again with another setup device.
