VMware vmotion fails with Error 195887167: Connection closed by remote host, possibly due to timeout.

We are getting above error while doing storage vmotion from one host to another. 

We verified that vmotion network is reachable between source and destination.

vMotion traffic is enabled on vmkernel adapter on both hosts.

"Storage vMotion from one host to another" - can you be clear on whether you are doing ONLY a host migration, ONLY a datastore migration, or a migration of BOTH host and datastore:

We are doing Change both compute and storage vmotion

Please check VAAI support on your storage. Sometimes this can cause issues when doing a storage vMotion and you have to disable some VAAI features.
