I just wanted to ask if somebody has experiance with VMware vSphere Essentials Kit für 3 hosts ?
Is there any limit for the number of VMs per host ?

no, there's no such limit other than the supported maximums that exists for every edition.You can run as many VMs as the hosts' resources (e.g. Storage, RAM, CPU) can handle.
