VMware Sphere 5.0 ERROR Please Help

HI everyone, I am new to this program and environment so excuse my lack of knowledge on this.

So I am trying to login to my server via VMware Fusion Pro using my Mac book. The server I am connecting to is running ESXi5.0. It connects BUT when i try to access the VM it gives me the following error message:

UNABLE TO CONNECT TO MKS: Internal Error

Can anyone help me? I am very new so please dont get technical with me I most likely wont understand. Just here to learn and thank you for any help!

Let me see if I understood correctly

You are running a Virtual ESXI instide a Mac using VMware fusion is that right?

Do you have some sort of firewall in the midle? Are you using a bridged network? Is IP and DNS resolution working fine?

Most of the times this error comes into play because port 902 is closed between esxi host and vCenter OR there is some issue with DNS resolution.
