Hi I have some confusion on this...
Basically....
We currently have some hosts that are at version in Red squares.
So, the team that are responsible for the upgrades did the following:
a) updated from 6.0 U2 to 6.0 Express patch 7c
question, does this mean that we have all the bug fix that were in Update 3, even though they did not install the update 3 before / after going to express patch 7c?
b) they intend to patch the remaining hosts that are 6.0 U2 (bottom square) to the latest patch at the top, by installing only that patch (ESXi600-201711001)
Will that include all the bug fix (including both U3 and U3a) and latest patches?
I have some confusion as I read some KBs, etc.. and thought maybe we have to install the U3 or U3a updates first and then the latest patch (ESXi600-201711001)....
So, if someone could help me clarified this, it would be great.
