VMware ESXi backup

Hello everyone, nice to hear from you.
I wanted to ask an opinion on the backup of the vm of an ESXi 6.7 Host.
We currently have 25 virtual machines split across two hardware-identical HP servers.
In some time we will move all virtual machines to shared storage and these two HP servers,
along with an equal third, will be part of a Cluster. We currently have a VA NAKIVO which
backs up the 25 virtual machines to its local datastore. In addition to this VA NAKIVO we
want to purchase a QNAP NAS for the backup of these 25 virtual machines through integrated
Hyper Data Protector software. This QNAP will be located on the other side of the company
in a separate server room. From your point of view, could such a scheme be enough? Thanks a lot and have a nice day. Luca

For Backup of entire virtual machine

1. How many virtual machine need to take backup.

2. I can suggest for backup (Veeam Backup & Replication) and NAS Storage.
