VMware ESXI 6.5 Networking Not working on my Hosts

Today I upgraded the Memory on my Dell PowerEdge R430 hosts from 64 GB to 128 GB

I have 8 ESXI 6.5 Hosts I use usb drive to start the esxi hosts with.

Two of the servers after starting failed to read the USB drive.

I had to reinstall the ESXI 6.5 on the hosts.

After setting up the networks on the hosts I am unable to see all the networks I created on the Networks tab  I only see the default VM Network.

On the other hosts I see all the networks I created.   I must be missing a step to get this setup correct.  My VMs will not start that have the other networks attached to

This is what it should look like   Any Ideas or suggestions   Planning to upgrade to 6.7 but need this working first Thanks Tom

Can you ssh to one of the esxi that you have the issue a try to list from there the portgroups, that would help to confirm if there are missing or is there is a ui issue

network vswitch standard portgroup listList all of the port groups currently on the system.
--help | -h
Show the help message.

If there are not there, try adding them from comand line

network vswitch standard portgroup addAllows the addition of a standard port group to a virtual switch.
--help | -h
Show the help message.
--portgroup-name | -p
The name of the port group to add
--vswitch-name | -v
The virtual switch to add the port group to.
