VMware BDE upgrade cluster failure

I Deploy BDE 2.3.2 for my vsphere 6.5 environment and create a big data cluster, after finish the cluster display red alert icon "upgrade the cluster to the latest version", I used serengeti cli client to connect BDE and exec cluster upgrade command, not success upgrade, the cluster status is "upgrade error" in the web client , Who have good idea for this question?Thanks!

have not done this before.. But can we just start by making sure it's a supported configuration.... Also give us more details on how the cluster is designed on vSphere.... How the expected upgrade is suppose to go
