VMs won't wake Up after Upgrade

Hello,

We have upgrade VCSA 6.5 to 6.7U3 and Esxi 6.0 to 6.7U3.

Before upgrade :  activate sleep mode in VM shutdown only screen (black screen on the console).

After upgrade : Sleep mode affect all the VM (black screen, OS in sleep mode and "harware too"). In this state, VM must wake up when the network is requested.  If everything worked well, there are no problem. But it's not the case.

  • With windows 10 : if "Only allow a magic packet to wake the computer" is select, rdp connexion or ping don't wake up the VM. If it's deselected, VM wake Up.
  • With windows 7 : "Allow this device to wake the computer" (about network card) is grayed out. But VM network wake up with network request.

For Windows 10 "Only allow a magic packet to wake the computer" selected is the default configuration. Windows 10 VM have an E1000E network card and Windows 7 VM have an E1000 network card. We have more than 200 VMs and we can't reconfigure all this VMs. So why VM does not wake up with default option is selected ?

Thank for your help
