VMs powering on is very slow

Good morning from Germany,

Lately we have some serious issues in Vcenter 7.0.1.00100 (Build 17004997) powering on VMs. It tooks between 3 to nearly 20 minutes. 

When I go through the log of one potential VM I see: Full guest CPUID with differences from hostCPUID highlighted. Is this the possible failure?

Is anybody out here, who could help us?
