Anyone got an idea why VMotion could be really slow (~4000kbps) in transmit (source) but work fine in receive (destination)?
I tried recreating the VMotion vmkernel but it's useless.
The uplinks negotiate at 10Gbps and use native drivers.
We did some NIC changes but 2 other similar hosts (same hardware/driver/firmware) that got the same treatment are working fine.
