VMOTION FAILURE

Good Morning,

I got error on in ECX register with EAX 80000001h, on the 9 bit as visible in attachment while trying a Vmotion job.

the 9 bit should be osvw OS Visible Workaround as documented in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CPUID

Servers have different CPU:

XEON E5-2620 v3

XEON SILVER 4208

esxcfg-info|grep "\----\HV Support" return 3 on both server

What is osvw OS Visible Workaround and why create this issue ?

is there any options to check in BIOS, VM options to fix it ?

First of all, please learn how to take a proper screenshot (one that isn't an 8 MB photo and attached). Second, you have two issues: One is that you need EVC enabled in your cluster and you don't have it enabled. The highest level supported by both your CPUs is Haswell. The second is that you probably have some sort of affinity setting on one of your VMs. Check the CPU option first and remove it.
