VM startup stuck in "Automatic" list even though "disabled".

I have a VM that i cannot move out of "Automatic startup", down to "Manual Startup".  It won't move no matter which host it's migrated to or how many time i try.  Any ideas?

Do you know if this VM has any VM overrride?

Is it possible that the VM is part of a vSphere Ha cluster?

Does the VM have any RDM/Hardware passtrough?
