Please give more details about the current vSphere environment and the new vSphere environment - what are the versions?

Does the VM use any RDMs or only regular virtual disks?

Is there any common datastore between a host in the current environment and the new environment? If not, could there be?

What level of downtime can you tolerate for the file server?

What is the used space in each of the virtual disks?

What connectivity do you have between the locations?
