VC administrator log in failure. log in as SSO, it gives wrong password. actually, we never change password.
unfortunately, we have not the root password, Due to the previous IT guy not write root password in record.
so reset SSO password by root user is not available.
how can i do for above?
In this case, you will have to reset root password then take a ssh access to VCSA and reset sso admin password.
If vCSA 6.0:

the problem is due to log file full of storage.
