VCenter 7.0

I installed new the version vCenter 7.0U2 and I configured it wrong. It will not allow me access to the server and I think a deleted the administrator@vsphere.local account because the adcadmintool does not work.

How can i uninstall the VCenter server?. I cannot log into it via url, only shh into the esxi host. I want a mulligan on the installation

If the vCSA has just been deployed, wouldn't it be an option to simply delete the instance (VM) and redeploy it? That's likely the fastest way to get it up and running.
