VCenter 6.7 changing times of all scheduled tasks to 7pm

I've run into a strange issue where VCenter 6.7 will change the execution time of any scheduled task you create to 7PM, regardless of what time you actually enter.  If you check the task properties, you can see the correct time displayed, but the overview always shows an execution time of 7PM, and that's when the task runs.

Has anyone else seen this?

Actually found my own answer.  It's the HTML5 client.  Tasks created through the flash (FLEX) client operate correctly, tasks created through the HTML5 client all turn into 7:00PM

Guess it's a bug of some kind.
