My vCenter recently crashed and I am looking to replace it with vcsa. Is anyone aware of it vcsa is included/cover with 6.5 Essentials? Thank you in advance for your response.

Licinsing doesnt make a different between vCenter on Windows or VCSA. So yes VCSA is included in your vSphere Essentials Kit.
