VCSA 6.7 Smart Card Question

We are required to use smart cards to log into the vSphere Web Client (and ESXi DCUI). Everything seems to be working, but I keep reading about setting up the Reverse Proxy store. I thought that using the certificate manager to replace the Machine SSL (embedded PSC) would automatically configure the Reverse Proxy service/store...am I mistaken? Everything seems to be working, except when your session times out, you have to close and relaunch the browser for it to be able to authenticate your smart card again (at least using Chrome). Just trying to cross this off my list of things to check in this new environment. Thank you.

vCenter server/ESXi host reverse proxy service is responsible for port 443 communication. Replacing the machine ssl should update the new certificate to rhttpproxy (reverse proxy). If by any reason its not update then the same should be investigated

Thanks,

MS
