VCSA 6.5 HTML5 Client "You have no privileges to view this object or it does not exist. "

We have just upgraded from VCSA 6.0 to VCSA 6.5 and are unable to utilise the HTML5 client

The flash client works perfectly, but when you try to use the /ui HTML5 client, it goes through, logs in and shows the 2 Vcenters that are in linked mode but you are unable to do anything with a message 

You have no privileges to view this object or it does not exist.

but recent tasks etc all visible

This is independent of using Administrator@vsphere.local or an AD account that is part of the vsphere.local  administrators group etc on the PSC

it is on the same subnet, no firewalls etc

any helpful hints and suggestions appreciated

Follow the following steps and try first,

1. Restart the Vcenter

2. Try to start the service vsphere-ui
    Use the following article: https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/59731

3 If not works then needed to upgrade to 6.7.
