Hi,
please can i get somes ideas about how to process for VCenter server HA 6.5 U1 upgrade to VCenter server HA 6.7.
what about if proceed like that:
1 - disable the HA of Vcenter server 6.5 U1
2 - Doing the upgrade of the Active Node
3 - Delete the Passive and witness node
4 - Recreate Vcenter HA with the new VCenter 6.7 Appliance.
Someone has any feedback on the stability on the new version on vCenter 6.7 and ESXI 6.7.

The links you've posted are about patching a VCHA environment.
In order to upgrade it, you'll need to destroy the current VCHA as mentioned by daphnissov.

You'll need to disable and break HA before you do the upgrade. Passive and witness nodes should be deleted. Perform the upgrade, then re-enable HA.
