when I am connected in VCSA 6.7 in a VM by web console to do windows installation, the mouse does not work.
How do I work?

Based on my experience, it occurs throughout installation and remains until VMware Tools is installed.
You have to use your keyboard to install windows in the web console or you can use VMRC, which gives you the ability to work with the mouse.
