Upgrading an ESXi 5.5 host through Update Manager fails with an error

Hello,

when i try to update my esxi 5.5  host to 6.5 with baseline in update manager, i got this error message

Software or system configuration of host hostname is incompatible. Check scan results for details.

Any idea for this issue please ?

i followed all those steps, but no things is news, the same probleme perciste

Can you provide me the source and destination build numbers please ?

i.e ESXi 5.5 build number and 6.5 build number which you want to go to..
