Update Manager - Patches for ESXi

I have HP ProLiant Server with vSphere Essentials ESXi HPE license.

I instaled this vSphere in January - 6.5 U1 (VMware-ESXi-6.5.0-Update1-6765664-HPE-650.U1.10.1.5.26-Oct2017)

6.5.0 Update 1 (Build 6765664)

I want to check what patches include in my ESXi host ?

How can I check whitch patches would I schould update ? I have to use manual update because we have proxy security and auto-update doesn't work.

I would like to have actual security patches ex. Meltdown & Spectre....

It will be healthier to do the manual updating yourself.

And when I use HP compil of vSphere from where can I download this update ?
