Unable to increase existing SAN datastore in vsphere 6.7, even ESXI not displaying free space while trying to extend 

 

But from SAN size increased

Have you told the ESXi host to rescan storage?

Yes tried rescan from still same and i tried to increase from host but no luck

Can you please run ls -lisa /dev/disks, and post the lines which are related to that LUN/datastore?

That looks ok.

Please run vmkfstools -V (please note the upper-case "-V") from the command line, and then try to increase the datastore again.
