Unable to create a new VM

I am trying to create a new VM, but I get this error: Failed - Cannot complete the operation because the file or folder /vmfs/volumes/x/Ubuntu VM/ already exists.  I know that I've never created a VM with this name before.

Hi ,

Check this it may related the build  if you have not created  Vm with same name .
