Unable to convert the snapshot to memory dump.

Dear All,

I'm having a challenge to convert the snapshot file to memory dump and getting below error. Any help on this is greatly appreciated. One of the VM goes into soft hung state very frequently and need to identify the root cause at the earliest.

Your help is needed. !!!!

It's already reported as a bug Vmss2core - Bugs.

You may try switching between different OS executing vmss2core from.

I was able to download the latest version of Vmss2core V 1.0.1 and convert the snapshot file into memory dump. I see the latest version supports windows server 2016.
