Unable to Add VM to Inventory

Hi All,

Please suggest me a solution : Removed a vm from inventory, after successful removal trying to add to inventory the "add to inventroy" tab grayed out. In the datastore the vm showing .lck file. Which is not suppose to be guess.

Before removing the the vm from inventory the host was rebooted and later removed the vm from inventory drain into this error.

This article helps you in checking the lock first check that remove if there is any lock:

Post that you can try to add VM to inventory, if it is still greyed out, try to recreate VMx file and then check.
