How do you add/connect USB bootable thumb drive to ESXi host ?

I've added USB controller, and USB device shows up  (Kingston), but i cannot connect it to VM. I'm sure this USB.. I'm clean installing Windows 10 from usb flash (from Microsoft) in a new vm, and its attached to host.

It is only USB controller i need to add?

Just to confirm you have connected this using the ”Host USB” device when adding the USB device?

Well. I do not thing that would work. Use ISO instead mounted to the VM from a datastore.

Is the USB in the supported list below.
