I am EXTREMELY new to vSphere so have patience with me! I have a client running VMWare 6.0.0 and running the same version of vSphere client. I have an RDX USB backup drive connected to directly to the physical server. I was having horrible transfer speeds, under 5Mb, so I followed this article, How to configure ESXi 5.0 for USB 3.0 passthrough to a Windows VM | TinkerTry IT @ Home and now the drive is not showing up in the VM. The OS of the VM is WIndows 2012.
Not sure what I am missing or where to head from here, any help would be greatly appreciated!
