  • 1.  USB DISK VMFS Datastore unmount and move to others host use

    in esxi 6.7 i use the USB external disk500G  to become a VMFS Datastore soccess . and use datastore copy some  data in new USB-Datastore(VMFS format) is success in host-a

    then i  unmount  and un-plug  it , then plug in "other host(host-b)" , how can i re-mount  USB-Datastore(VMFS format) it and use the data

    Stop usbarbitrator service and check it.

    yeh , usbarbitrator   stoped

    and the USB device is desplay in host-b   and i can see the device disk

    [root@esxi-b:~] ls /dev/disks

    naa.5000000000000001

    naa.5000000000000001:1

    but how to assign it , become in a datastore for access

    is vmkfstools  import ?
