Add VMKernel for vMotion and Fault Tolerance logging.

Now, have a warning

vSphere SMP-FT logging network requires 10 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity. At present, only a single 10 Gb NIC can be allocated to handle SMP-FT logging.

Is this necessary?

Yes.

Check it Kb vmwware with preque:

Fault Tolerance Requirements, Limits, and Licensing

Use a 10-Gbit logging network for FT and verify that the network is low latency. A dedicated FT network is highly recommended.

You can ignoring warning about bandwidth requirements, and test if meets your needs

Recommended config would be 10 GB and Jumbo Frames enabled over the FT Logging network. However, warning is something that can be ignored Smiley Happy
