Hi,
I'm trying to deploy an old .ova Template on vsphere web client ESXi version 7.0 and it fails. I tried converting the .ova file to an .ovf file with the Vmware OFT Tool but it failed. I have the .vmdk file so I created an old vm of the os removed the default hd and added the existing .vmdk but when I power on the vm it fails and I receive the following error message.
Unsupported or invalid disk type 2 for 'scsi0:0'. Ensure that the disk has been imported.
Is there any way I can get this to work?
