processor that my laptop uses is 11th Gen intel(R) core(TM) i3-1115G4, this processor supported Intel VT-x but Virtualized intel VT-x is not supported on this platform. do you know where the problem is?

Acer Aspire 5 , try this
Enable Virtualization Technology for Intel Processors
Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds until your computer completely powers off.
Power your computer on and press the F2 to enter BIOS setup menu
Select Advanced page.
Enable the Intel VTX and Intel VTD settings. You may need to press the Ctrl + S keys on some models to see these settings.
Press F10 to save & exit

check the win Core Isolation is disable

first check if u used hyper-v or sandbox or something
https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2146361?lang=en_us
then check the Core Isolation is disable[this setting support sandbox hyper-v and other things]
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/104025-turn-off-core-isolation-memory-integrity-windows-10-a.htm...
final restart ur laptop and power on the ESXi
if all of these not work
open ur workstation, click ur ESXi VM,set ur VM hardware setting, processors,Virtualization engine disable all VT-x ,IOMMU and performance counters.
my network too bad that i cant show u PIC
